As explained in the chapter Structure Mode, subordinate documents can be created for all areas and sites. There are different tasks for different document types.

Documents can be created from scratch or from patterns. Furthermore it is possible to copy, move, ducplicate and delete them.

| Create | Opens the wizard for the selection of a document type. |
| From Pattern | Opens wizard for the use of patterns |
| XML Import | Opens wizard for the upload of XML imports from another data base |
| XML Export | Opens wizard to export the selected document |
 | Switches to the editing mode for the selected document |
 | After clicking on the arrow symbol the selected document can be moved to the marked area |
 | Duplicates the selected document |
 | Deletes the selected document |
