Changes can be saved by clicking publish/save in the top menu:

Comments regarding saving changes

• Changes will only be permanently saved in the database after the button ‚save‘ is pressed.
• By clicking ‚dismiss‘ all unsaved changes will reversed.
• Unsaved data will also be displayed and tested in preview mode. Hereafter it may be permanently saved or dismissed.
• While unsaved changes are present, you can neither leave the document nor  naviagte into a different document
