Selecting Paragraphs
Existing paragraphs can be opened or closed. Furthermore several paragraphs can be open simultaneously. The opening and closing of a paragraph is controlled by the arrow in the top right corner of the corresponding paragraph.
When the arrow at the top right corner is pointing upward, the paragraph is open. When it is pointing downward, the peragraph paragraph is closed.
Adding Paragraphs
A new paragraph is added by clicking the button 'create' below the paragraphs.
After clicking 'create' the window depicted in the screenshot to the right will open.
Creating a new paragraph
By keeping the cursor on the i-icon, information about the paragraph type will be displayed. The selection of the paragraph type will be confirmed by clicking 'select'. The new paragraph will always be set in the last spot underneath the existing paragraphs. Paragraph can, however, as described in the previous chapter, be moved.
Only by clicking 'save' the action will be permanently saved. 
By clicking 'cancel' the action will be reversed.
Nested Paragraphs
Paragraphs can, similar to documents, be nested. The nesting is created in the same manner as a paragraph. Question groups and box groups are used for this purpose (depending on the application). To create a sub paragraph, a further section with a 'create' button is added. To fill a question group or group of boxes with content the 'create' button within the question/box group must be used. .
Moving Paragraphs
In order to move a paragraph to a different location it mut be opened first. Each opened paragraph has asection with buttons for different actions.
By pressing the first button (two opposed arrows) a window opens in which blue lines mark which positions the paragraph can be moved to.
When the cursor is moved to one of the blue lines, the position the paragraph will be moved to is displayed.. 
The moving of the paragraph is confirmed and executed by clicking on the blue line.
The action is only persistently saved by clicking 'save'.
By clickin 'cancel' the action can be reversed.
Duplicating Paragraphs
In order to duplicate a paragraph it mut be opened first. Each opened paragraph has asection with buttons for different actions.
By clicking the second button 
the paragraph is duplicated. The duplicate will be inserted below the original.
The action is only persistently saved by clicking 'save'.
By clickin 'cancel' the action can be reversed.
Copying Paragraphs
In order to copy a paragraph it mut be opened first. Each opened paragraph has asection with buttons for different actions.
By clicking the third button 
the paragraph is copied to the clipboard. Hereafter the button 'from clipboard' is activated in the lower menu.
By clicking the button the copied paragraph will be inserted into the final (lowest) position.
The action is only persistently saved by clicking 'save'.
By clickin 'cancel' the action can be reversed.
Deleting Paragraphs
In order to delete a paragraph it mut be opened first. Each opened paragraph has asection with buttons for different actions. .
By clicking the fourth button
the paragraph will be removed.
